Health Resource Directory connects people diagnosed with a health condition with information and resources. The information is developed from the clinical guidelines GPs use in South Western Sydney.
The information has been reviewed and endorsed by local community members and GPs.

The site does not list symptoms to help you self-diagnose or provide information on how a condition is treated. The site is designed to be used by someone who has been given a diagnosis and wants to find out how you and your GP can work together.

The information has been developed from the same clinical guidelines GPs use in South Western Sydney. It has been reviewed and endorsed by the SWSPHN Community Advisory Committee and local GPs.
